2   Set an intention for listening.
3.  Listen with empathy.
4.  Respond with empathy.

    Maybe Amy know Kristie for a very long time and she know what Kristie really needs to go further. But yes that is only about going further. That is about the future.
    Empathy is about her feelings now. And in this talk there was no room for emotions in this moment. I hope that Amy knew what she was doing by ignoring Kristies emotions.
    Maybe empathy it is about knowing when to be empathic and for how long.
